The successful candidate will be a nationally recognized leader in the field, with a deep commitment to driving equitable economic advancement. Responsibilities include leading the strategy and initiatives to increase access to and the quality of apprenticeship and work-based learning, developing and executing fundraising and business development strategies, and influencing national and state-level policies to ensure equitable outcomes. The VP will also provide organizational and national thought leadership, define the research and policy agenda, and manage senior relationships with external partners. As a key organizational leader, the VP will contribute to strategic planning, serve on the Executive Leadership Council, and lead a high-performing team. Applicants for the Vice President position should be adept at managing disparate priorities, have a proven track record in fundraising, and be skilled at strategic relationship management.
