The Applications Systems Manager I will support the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality. The team supports the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality's Division of Water Resources (DWR). DWR is responsible for the environmental protection and quality of the State's surface water, groundwater, and to ensure safe drinking water for its residents. The Applications Systems Manager I is responsible for directing a team of IT analysts and applications developers engaged in the full range of applications design, maintenance, and programming for multiple systems.
