Job Summary We are looking for an experienced engineer or scientist with approximately 10 years of industry experience to deliver technical support focused on process fouling, systems design, and process optimization. This international role involves travel and customer interaction worldwide and reports to the Director of Technology at our corporate office in Houston, TX. Expect around 20% travel in this position. Key Responsibilities Technical Team Selling : Participate in direct customer interactions through technical discussions and presentations, supporting technical team selling initiatives. Strategic Partner Engagement : Collaborate with catalyst vendors to align on technical solutions, evaluate performance, and integrate products into process optimization strategies. Field Service Execution : Develop and implement robust field service capabilities to evaluate, enhance, and troubleshoot customer operations involving designed vessels and systems. Technical Contribution : Provide expert insights and contribute to the company's technical knowledge base, particularly in refining and petrochemical industries. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences. Experience : Roughly 10 years in refining, hydroprocessing, or related fields. Skills : Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven history of customer engagement, as well as advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
