Primary Responsibilities Reviews of surveys, title, and documents Drafting a range of documents for real estate, loans, and construction activities, Responsible for all additional documents needed for real estate transactions including escrow instructions, deeds, easements, affidavits from owners, closing certificates, and organizational documents. Assisting in various tasks related to real estate transactions including purchases, sales, financing, construction, development, and day-to-day operations. Proofreading all legal documents for accuracy. Extremely detail oriented Evaluate documents for zoning laws, ordinances, and regulations for attorney review. Collaborate closely with lawyers and the business team to address daily issues and support a wide range of business transactions and projects. Due diligence. Efficiently handling multiple tasks and prioritizing them to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
