We’re seeking a visionary Vice President of Business Development to join our client's executive team and lead the charge in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities :Business Development & Sale sLead and coach business development teams across multiple markets .Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue growth .Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and trend evaluation .Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners .Negotiate and close high-value business deals .Oversee CRM systems and ensure efficient sales workflows .Manage business development budgets and performance metrics .Provide market insights to executive leadership .Marketing Leadershi pCollaborate with marketing leadership to align strategies with business goals .Address and resolve departmental challenges in partnership with marketing leadership .Act as a senior advocate for marketing initiatives across the organization .Provide executive coaching and performance reviews for marketing leadership .Qualification sProven success in business development, sales, or marketing leadership roles .Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities .Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve strategic goals .Experience driving metric-driven growth initiatives .Education and Experienc eBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field .10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing .Industry experience is a plus but not required .Physical Requirement sAbility to work in a standard office environment .Must be able to travel as needed .
