The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market footprint across key industries & regions. This individual will oversee the sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and lead business development efforts to accelerate company growth. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong understanding of the construction and demolition industry, proven experience in sales leadership, passion for driving innovation in the field and experience in growth and scale. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals. Identify growth opportunities within existing and new markets to expand client footprint. Drive the company’s sales process, from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring a steady flow of business opportunities. Team Management & Development: Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance, results-oriented culture. Recruit and onboard top sales talent to build a team capable of scaling with the company’s growth. Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team and track their progress. Market Expansion & Business Development: Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers in the construction, infrastructure, and demolition industries. Explore new market segments and establish long-term partnerships to fuel company growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and create effective sales campaigns tailored to target audiences. Customer-Centric Sales Approach: Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with core offerings. Work closely with key accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and customer retention. Present technical solutions to clients and ensure seamless communication of value propositions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, engineering, finance and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Work closely with the executive team to align sales strategies with the overall business goals and market trends. Provide market feedback to the leadership team, driving innovation and product/service enhancements. Qualifications: Proven experience as a VP of Sales or in a similar sales leadership role, ideally within the construction, demolition, or related industries. Salesforce proficiency, reporting, dashboards, forecasting, data analysis Work in office onsite Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performance sales teams doubling and tripling revenue. Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving market expansion. Excellent understanding of the construction and industrial services markets, particularly related to concrete cutting, demolition, and hydro-demolition services. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data to drive decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Engineering, related field and/or relevant industry experience.
