Job Description We are looking for an extremely talented Director of Partnerships to drive revenue growth via profitable new customer acquisition. You have a proven track record scaling an affiliate, influencer and sponsorship program accurately measuring top funnel metrics and driving bottom funnel conversion metrics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and seeks a leadership position at a rapidly growing company. Responsibilities Lead and scale Pique’s Partnerships program across influencer and affiliate initiatives, and platforms. Manage large sponsorships budget to generate profitable customer acquisition. Lead partnerships team members to meet revenue and ROI goals. Continuously cultivate and strengthen high-value relationships with new and existing influencer partners. Negotiate creative influencer deals and contracts to drive profitable revenue growth. Identify and strategically saturate new audiences and key opinion leaders to drive positive ROI. Work with senior leadership team to accurately forecast channel budget. Develop data driven hypotheses and manage cross-functional teams to execute experiments across the marketing funnel to optimize conversion. Oversee the flawless end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns. Own the tracking and analysis of campaign performance to precisely allocate budget and maximize ROI. Monitor and keep abreast of the latest influencer marketing developments and relay to the team. Requirements 7 years influencer, affiliate or sponsorship experience managing large budgets to drive profitable customer acquisition. Bachelor’s degree with top quartile GPA. Strong quantitative skills with ability to crunch raw data, draw precise conclusions, and develop actionable strategic recommendations. Highly motivated to independently learn, test and stay abreast of developments in partnerships advertising. Strong team player with entrepreneurial drive. Experience working in smaller, high-growth companies. Enthusiasm for helping shape a truth-seeking, high-growth, positive team culture and organizational processes. Strong leadership skills, managing and motivating a talented team of marketers and cross functional experts. Roll up the sleeves, deep-dive bias is a must. Passion for wellness and beauty is a plus.
