The successful candidate will be responsible for performing device-level and system-level failure analysis (FA) to identify and resolve issues related to integrated circuit (IC) devices and modules. Key Responsibilities : Conduct day-to-day activities for device-level and system-level failure analysis. Utilize multiple FA tools for electrical fault isolation. Produce detailed technical reports documenting failure analysis findings and recommendations. Evaluate and maintain new equipment and techniques relevant to failure analysis. Must-Have Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related field with 5 years of experience in failure analysis, or an equivalent degree in Engineering or Physics. Proven track record in performing failure analysis of IC devices and module-level FA. Hands-on proficiency in Physical and Electrical Failure Analysis at the silicon level. In-depth knowledge and experience with board-level failure analysis. Hands-on experience with Electrical Fault Analysis (EFA) tools, including LIT, TDR, FIB, SEM, RIE, CMP, MIP, decapsulation, sample preparation, emission microscopy, laser scan microscopy, micro-probing, and nano-probing. Preferred Skills and Qualifications : Experience with multiple failure analysis tools and techniques. Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical skills with a strong problem-solving ability.
