Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for industrial, retail, and medical construction projects Analyze project documents to identify labor, material, and time requirements Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to align on project needs Conduct risk assessments and determine cost-saving opportunities Prepare and present bids and proposals to clients and internal teams Maintain and update database of material costs, labor rates, and subcontractor bids Ensure that estimates comply with company standards and client expectations Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience, with a focus on industrial, retail, and medical projects Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, or similar) Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Why Join Us?
