Travel Preferences: Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels Air Travel: Local, no flights; Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations. Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation Requirements: Active Unrestricted CA license Board Certified in Orthopedic surgery; Will consider BE if candidate is currently or recently completed an orthopedic trauma fellowship Current CA fluoroscopy permit - required Residency Requirements/Fellowship – Fellowship trained Ortho Trauma highly preferred.
