EMR Onsite training – Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Provider will be scheduled for onsite EMR training if Modules are completed, the morning of their first day. Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotelsAir Travel: Acceptable Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 30 - 60 days Credentialing with other facilities? Yes Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less?
