Is the provider required to attend deliveries and C-sections? Yes, on occasion they will be asked to attend but it is not with all deliveries. Providers are required to participate in CO Medicaid to prescribe patients. 80% of their patients are CO Medicaid patients Support Staff: None EMR Required Training :Module (learn lessons) – Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day, to avoid the provider missing their first day. Travel Preferences: Air Travel: Acceptable; Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations Credentialing Information: Timeframe: ASAP Credentialing with other facilities? No Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less?
