The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9/9 (allows them to finish a contract by 11/30). Periop/OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline. Special Requirements: PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown; interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, accessing ports, starting IVs. PREFERRED EXP: neuro and oncology experience; Central Line Care/Management; monitoring chemotherapy Unit Information: Medical PCU Oncology and Stroke Unit; Mixed Acuity Unit - Medical patients with some PCU level of care patients.
