The Role As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll be an integral part of the internal recruitment strategy. Your responsibilities will include: Screening, sourcing, and liaising with stakeholders, senior managers, and directors to ensure a timely turnaround on every internal hire. Directing regional recruitment activities to support internal headcount growth. Building and developing relationships with local universities and colleges. Utilizing LinkedIn and other job boards to find suitable candidates. Partnering with local managers to understand requirements and office needs. Creatively promoting the company through social media accounts. Building rapport with colleagues across all levels and developing strong working relationships.
