Responsibilities This role is responsible for the facilitation of Order to Cash, inventory, financial and SOX reporting as well as customer setup, maintenance and operational facilitation for new and existing Lilly Direct customers. This role will work closely with Lilly Direct, Finance, Corporate Accounting, Global Supply Chain, NALO Distribution to ensure tactical execution of this account base. Key Objectives/Deliverables The Supply Chain Associate/Sr. Associate/Manager LillyDirect will: SAFETY- Performs tasks in a safe manner – follow all ergonomic guidelines including early reporting of injuries - Contributes to advancing safety in NALO. Order to Cash: Manages order fulfillment for trade and consignment inventory and billing transactions for Lilly Direct Customers which includes but not limited to entering and facilitation of PO’s, delivery creation, consignment issue, credit and rebills Testing and/or design of enhancements to the Lilly Direct O2C process with other functions including BPKC and SAP teams Ensure revenue recognition and billing is appropriately invoiced to ensure proper reporting across the network Inventory and SOX: Ensure Inventory reconciliations for Lilly owned/consigned inventory is completed and ensure discrepancies are accounted for and explained per the SOX governance processes Ensure all SOX reporting is completed per standards as defined by US FCO Run reporting as needed to determine on hand inventory, future inbound availability, gross revenue recognition and others as needed by various functions Customer Setup and Maintenance: Support new Lilly Direct customer onboarding setup as needed including but not limited to: Customer creation and maintenance in SAP, supporting testing and design for EDI, EPCIS transmission, coordinating route creation and setup systematically Handle and resolve issue resolution and account relationship for Lilly Direct sites for O2C/Operational/Financial issues while escalating to functional leadership and also facilitating weekly cross-functional governance meetings with LillyDirect Consignment Partner(s) as necessary including but not limited to: Facilitate the weekly cross-functional governance meetings between LillyDirect, Lilly Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Order to Cash, and consignment partners Confirm that the inventory and shipping volume reported by consignment partner(s) on a daily basis is consistent with the weekly reconciliation reporting. Solicit and share any outstanding discrepancies / issues to the governance team for discussion and resolution. Partner closely with LillyDirect / Finance to secure alignment/approval of consignment partner(s) weekly payment remittances Operational Facilitation: Ensure customer orders ship on time and in-full of the distribution sites to the Lilly Direct customers and site coordinating with NALO Transportation, NALO Operations and other members of NALO Customer Service Comply with all Special Security Substance, Sarbanes-Oxley, cGMP regulations, PDMA, and other regulatory requirements. Process Ownership/Improvement Helps develop/improve processes to continually adapt to our changing business so that we may be as effective and efficient as possible. Serves as a process owner for key related/customer service-related functions. Lead and participate in projects to improve productivity Metrics/KPIs: Actively support requests from Affiliate, Finance and Supply Chain/Mfg. for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc customer shipment and inventory reports and other metrics related information. Responsible for ensuring data integrity and good documentation practices while performing job tasks. Perform transactional or back up work as required supporting other NALO Customer Service Roles as needed such as (customer inquiries, inventory reports, loading orders, enter manual orders, new stock orders, re-orders, stock transfers, scrapping, create/discontinue materials in SAP, etc.) Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree OR 5 years of supply chain, manufacturing, or finance experience Additional Skills/ Preferences Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain/Finance/Customer Service or similar experience strongly preferred APICS CPIM certification or CPA Working knowledge of SAP Additional Information May be required to work weekends and holidays as needed May require minimal travel (5-10% per year) Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
