Catering Associate Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 1-hour lunch break included Join our team as a Catering Associate , where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Catering Manager with day-to-day food service operations. From ensuring seamless café services to providing exceptional support for meetings and events, this dynamic role is all about delivering outstanding hospitality and client satisfaction. You’ll also step in as a Guest Services/Hospitality Associate as needed, contributing to a high-quality workplace experience. Shift: Monday-Friday Hours: 8am-5pm Pay: $26.50-$27 Key Responsibilities Café Operations Prepare food following strict food safety and sanitation protocols. Maintain optimal food storage, serving temperatures, and cleanliness in all areas. Complete required food handling and safety certifications (training provided by Forrest Solutions). Assist with light food preparation (e.g., slicing fruits, toasting bread, preparing salads). Regularly clean and maintain dining and food prep areas, equipment, and utensils. Monitor and refresh buffet stations to ensure consistent quality and presentation. Operate the café cashier station and assist customers with transactions. Manage inventory by maintaining par levels, placing orders, and handling deliveries with care. Stock shelves, refrigerators, and other areas while practicing FIFO inventory methods to minimize waste. Keep the Café floor and dining areas tidy, organized, and ready for client or employee use. Catering Support Ensure all food and beverage requirements are met for office meetings and events. Provide responsible beverage service, including bartending for events (alcohol service training provided). Serve as an on-site catering professional, handling buffet stations, waitstaff duties, and event clean-up. Collaborate with external vendors for setup, execution, and teardown of office events.
