Litigation Paralegal

Job Description: Construction Paralegal Location: Downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL (Fully Onsite) Salary: $80,000–$110,000 (based on experience) LHH is seeking an experienced Construction Paralegal to join our client’s team in Fort Lauderdale. Our client specializes in representing contractors and subcontractors in true commercial construction matters ( not construction defect litigation). Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in all aspects of state, federal, and arbitration cases. Draft and organize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation materials. Support attorneys in trial preparation and attend trials as needed. Manage case files and ensure timely deadlines are met. Collaborate with a dynamic legal team to deliver exceptional client service. Qualifications: Experience: 4 years of litigation experience required (construction litigation is a plus). Trial experience is required. Familiarity with commercial litigation processes (state, federal, and arbitration). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
