About the Company - This role offers the opportunity to support high-level decision-making processes and contribute to the ongoing success of a dynamic organization. About the Role - Organize and prioritize a high volume of information and calls for assigned executive team members. Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality regarding company operations. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other communications, utilizing advanced word-processing, spreadsheet preparation, and report generation skills. Maintain department files and records efficiently. Manage appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and maintain an accurate calendar of appointments. Create and develop visual presentations for the executive team, including charts, tables, graphs, and business plans. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 10 years of executive assistance experience, preferably in the financial industry. Advanced writing and organizational skills. Understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and Visio, with experience using SharePoint.
