About the Role -


  • Organize and prioritize a high volume of information and calls for assigned executive team members.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality regarding company operations.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other communications, utilizing advanced word-processing, spreadsheet preparation, and report generation skills.
  • Maintain department files and records efficiently.
  • Manage appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and maintain an accurate calendar of appointments.
  • Create and develop visual presentations for the executive team, including charts, tables, graphs, and business plans.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of executive assistance experience, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Advanced writing and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Visio, with experience using SharePoint.
