Family Law Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Our experienced attorneys handle divorce, child custody, family law, mediation, and litigation cases with compassion and expertise. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Legal Assistant/Paralegal located in Lake Worth, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Paralegal will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to attorneys, drafting and preparing legal documents, communicating with clients and court personnel, and assisting with legal research, discovery and case management. Qualifications Bilingual Legal Assistants with knowledge of family law and child custody matters Experience with legal document preparation and court procedures Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in administrative assistance, including calendar management and file organization Experience in legal research and case management Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience with legal billing software is a plus
