Position Overview: They are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-end residential builds, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and designers to align project goals and expectations. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of materials. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and resolve any on-site challenges. Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders. Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation to ensure transparency and efficiency. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. Have a strong background in Carpentry and not be afraid to be hands on too. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction (5 years preferred). Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods for high-quality residential projects. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project) and budgeting software. Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes. OSHA certification or a strong commitment to safety practices. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. Why Join?
