Intake Manager LHH is seeking an energetic, positive, and detail-oriented Intake Manager in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have experience in client intake or customer service, preferably in a legal or professional services setting. This role involves leading the client intake team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective clients, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency. If you are passionate about client service and have a strong background in managing intake processes, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the intake team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Oversee the intake process, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to prospective client inquiries. Develop and implement standardized intake procedures to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction. Review and evaluate incoming cases to determine eligibility for firm representation. Sell the firm's services and close deals. Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely communication with prospective clients. Monitor intake metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Collaborate with attorneys and other departments to align intake strategies with firm goals. Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and empathy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Law) or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of experience in client intake, customer service, or a related role, preferably in a legal or professional services setting. Sales-oriented background desired. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Hubspot, Clio, and Microsoft Office, or similar tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
