Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals for landscaping services, including design, installation, and maintenance. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a pipeline of prospective clients. Conduct site visits to assess client needs, present tailored landscaping solutions, and provide accurate estimates. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to ensure profitability while meeting client needs. Collaborate with landscape designers, project managers, and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and referrals. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and service offerings. Manage and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, margins, and client acquisition. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services and build a professional network. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry. Strong knowledge of landscape design, installation, and maintenance services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and close deals. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high-quality results. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales-related tools. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Business, or related field. Experience managing large-scale landscape projects. Established network of industry contacts and local client base.
