We are on the hunt for a passionate Sales Director to champion our mission, build empowering client relationships, and fuel our expansion. What You’ll Do: Lead Generation & Sales: Drive new business across the country by managing the sales cycle from initial contact to contract finalization. Strategic Sales Development: Create and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and enhance our market presence. Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities through proactive networking and relationship-building with key decision-makers. Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders to set sales objectives, prioritize initiatives, and align efforts with broader business goals. Market Insights: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to innovate and refine our approach. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Proposal Management: Oversee the creation and delivery of sales proposals and contracts, articulating the value of our services. Performance Tracking: Use data-driven insights to monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and make strategic decisions. Brand Representation: Represent M SEARCH at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to boost our visibility and generate leads. Earnings Potential: Enjoy the benefit of uncapped commissions based on your performance. Who You Are: Sales-Oriented: Proven success in sales roles (preferably within professional services arena) with a track record of exceeding targets. Metric-Driven: Comfortable working with metrics and holding yourself accountable. Industry Knowledge: Experience in executive search is a plus, but a strong desire to learn and adapt is essential. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with a polished and confident demeanor.
