This role involves designing and delivering scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions to support UAGC's growth and digital transformation initiatives. The Principal Salesforce Architect will collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to enhance the student experience, mentor the development team, and drive innovation through rapid prototyping. Duties & Responsibilities Architectural Leadership - Establish and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce architectural framework that aligns with UAGC's strategic goals. Strategic Solution Design - Lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with the university's long-term vision. Technical Oversight - Oversee Salesforce projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring solutions are high-performing, secure, and cost-effective. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce for strategic objectives. Mentorship and Development - Provide technical mentorship to the development team, fostering continuous learning and improvement. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Advanced technical expertise in Salesforce architecture. Strategic vision and the ability to align technical strategies with business goals. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for innovation and rapid prototyping. Strong knowledge of security best practices. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree AND minimum 8 years of Salesforce architecture experience. OR Equivalent combination of education and work experience. Preferred Qualifications Deep expertise in Salesforce, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Extensive experience in enterprise integration patterns and enterprise iPaaS platforms. Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect).
