Position Overview We are seeking a Hospitality IT Specialist to join our team and provide primary support for end-user computing needs. You will play a vital role in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems for both internal staff and resort guests. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Respond to helpdesk queries and provide effective solutions. Procure, set up, and install new desktops, printers, and peripheral devices. Collaborate with third-party support teams to resolve system-related issues. Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and ensure software licensing compliance. Ensure systems have up-to-date antivirus and anti-malware protection. Regularly test and apply software updates in a timely manner. Continuously enhance helpdesk service through industry best practices. Work to improve first-call resolution and foster strong internal and external relationships. Document issues and resolutions for a growing knowledge base. Take ownership of helpdesk tickets from start to resolution, working with third-party vendors when necessary. Maintain open communication with end-users to improve understanding and satisfaction. Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. IT Administrator experience is required. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate ) are a plus. Prior experience in IT support or a similar role is highly desirable. Hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to apply analytical problem-solving skills. Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and thoroughness. Ability to research, evaluate, and implement best practices. Flexible schedule availability, including weekend shifts. Work Environment Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and communicate with others professionally. Ability to adapt to frequent changes in activity and handle interruptions.
