The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ground-up commercial and municipal construction projects . This role involves managing all phases of construction, from design through to project completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, while also managing procurement, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and maintain smooth project operations. Please do not apply if: You have an IT background You do not have Ground Up commercial construction experience You have not worked as a Project Manager or in the construction industry You require sponsorship Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage ground-up commercial and municipal construction projects from start to finish. Develop project schedules, budgets, and plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Oversee procurement of materials and services, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant standards. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing ground-up commercial and municipal projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (preferred).
