The company specializes in large-scale multi-family and mixed-use commercial units, with project values ranging from $20 million to $200 million. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals for large-scale multi-family and mixed-use commercial projects. Review project plans, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy in cost estimations. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids. Perform detailed quantity take-offs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Participate in contract negotiations and value engineering discussions. Stay current with industry trends, material costs, and regulatory requirements. Ideal Candidate: A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator, specifically on large-scale projects ranging from $20 million to $200 million. Extensive experience in multi-family and mixed-use commercial construction. Proficient in estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
