What You’ll Do: Manage and mentor Project Managers while overseeing luxury residential projects that embody Lakeside’s high standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple projects, ensuring they reflect Lakeside’s values. Provide expert guidance and create a seamless client experience. Mentor Project Managers to maintain professionalism and quality. Collaborate on subcontractor and supplier procurement. Oversee project contracts and costs for quality and budget alignment. Ensure projects meet Lakeside’s design principles and standards. Build strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors. What You Bring: 5 years of project management experience in luxury residential or high-end commercial construction. Strong leadership and expertise in delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication skills, instilling confidence in clients. Knowledge of construction contracts, bidding, and cost management. Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar tools.
