Salary Range: $30hr - $40hr What you’ll do? As a Technical Writer, where you will transform complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create guides, manuals, and online help resources that empower users and enhance their experience with our products. Long-Term Temporary Position Key Responsibilities: Develop, write, and maintain clear and concise technical documentation, including user manuals, product guides, and online help content. Collaborate with engineering, product management, and design teams to gather technical information and ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation. Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for non-technical users. Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or establishment personnel. Use content management systems to organize, manage, and publish documentation. Create and maintain templates for consistent document formatting and style. Review and update documentation in response to user feedback, product updates, and new releases. Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical content for promotional materials and support resources. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the documentation process. What you need to be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field Proven experience as a technical writer or similar role Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to convey them to non-technical audiences Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Adobe InDesign Physical Requirements: Standing, Walking, and Manual Dexterity Ability to Lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
