Supply Chain Analyst The Supply Chain Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting supply chain and sales operations by overseeing inventory monitoring, data analysis, and ensuring efficient workflows. This role will work closely with Sales Directors, the Senior Supply Chain Planner, and cross-functional teams to maintain seamless supply chain processes. The position also provides clerical support, manages purchase orders, and prepares ad hoc reports to help drive business objectives. You will: Supply Planning: Partner with the Sr. Supply Planner to assess inventory positions, monitor sell-through rates, and support the overall business plan. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, work with Sales Directors and Representatives to expedite fast-selling styles and colors and adjust inventory for slower-moving items. Ensure proper inventory positions across all channels, including eCommerce, marketplaces, key partners (Target, Walmart, Kohls), and international sales. Product Lifecycle Planning: Facilitate the planning process for new product introductions and manage the phase-out of styles and colors, ensuring efficient transitions in inventory. Reporting & Analytics: Produce, distribute, and review essential sales and inventory reports on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis, including ATS (Available to Sell) reports, Sales Rep reports, and monthly inventory analysis with Finance. Develop new reports to support business growth and ad hoc reporting as needed. Project Management Support: Provide project management assistance for key customer programs, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Clerical Support: Manage purchase order maintenance, support clerical tasks for the Senior Supply Chain Planner, and manage additional administrative duties to streamline supply chain operations. You Have: 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain, or coordination role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite). Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners. Familiarity with EDI systems (True Commerce, Shopify, Drop Ship) and reporting tools. Experience in the footwear and/or retail industry is a plus. Proven ability to self-start projects and positively collaborate across functions.
