Certification Details NM or compact state licensure BLS certification required ACLS certification required Job Details 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS - Please only submit candidates that are aware of their submission to our facility. Do not allow candidates to contact facility. 2 years experience current required in ED/Urgent Care & Med-Surg experience required. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Basic cardiac arrhythmia experience required. Job Requirements Please only submit candidates with an active NM or compact license. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. Schedule Information 12 hour nights shift position (starts at 1800) - Call: if needed - Weekends: as needed - Holidays: As needed. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. On call, weekends, holidays, and float as needed. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. Unit Specific Information Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Will float to Medical Unit and ED to care for admitted inpatients holding for bed or as helping hands. Additional Details NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024). Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from the last day worked, to be considered for a travel position. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of the permanent assigned location. State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico.
