This includes responsibilities such as setting the strategic direction for the organization's technical infrastructure and security, providing leadership in design and implementation, establishing IT user support processes, and developing a roadmap for new services and capabilities. Candidates for the Executive Director of Infrastructure Services position must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISCO, and Microsoft preferred. A minimum of 8 years' of professional leadership experience in managing multiple infrastructure functions in a large enterprise environment is required, with a strong preference for at least 15 years' of experience.
