$80,000 - Property Accountant We are currently seeking a highly motivated Property Accountant to join our Investment Management Team based in Boston, MA. The compensation for this position will be dependent on experience, ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, with a bonus as the target. Initially, we require this individual to work 100% in-office for the first 90 days to facilitate acclimation, after which a flexible arrangement of four days in-office and one remote day will be considered. Exceptional candidates may be eligible for a remote work option sooner. As a Property Accountant, you will collaborate closely with our Property Management team, focusing on a diverse portfolio of predominantly multifamily properties in Eastern Massachusetts. Responsibilities include managing daily and monthly accounting activities, reconciling bank accounts, preparing financial statements, and facilitating communication with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, at least four years of accounting-related property experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Yardi.
