We’re seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to support our growing sales organization by optimizing processes, managing data, and ensuring the efficiency of our sales operations. Role Overview: As a Sales Operations Manager , you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by optimizing sales processes, managing CRM systems, and analyzing sales data. You will work closely with sales leadership to ensure efficient execution of sales strategies, accurate reporting, and alignment with company objectives. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in sales operations or sales support, with a passion for improving sales processes and enabling teams to achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: Administration oversite: manage the day to day operations and support the sales organization team members. CRM Management : Oversee the management and maintenance of the CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and user adoption across the sales team. Data Analysis & Reporting : Prepare regular reports and dashboards for sales leadership, tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) such as pipeline health, lead conversion rates, and sales performance. Sales Forecasting : Work with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and provide insights into the sales pipeline, supporting data-driven decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments. Quota & Incentive Tracking : Assist in tracking sales performance against quotas and ensure that sales incentive plans are effectively implemented and monitored. Operational Support : Provide administrative support and coordination with cross-functional departments within Global One Vymo. Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in sales operations , sales support , or a related role. Highly motivated self-starter. Ambitious, willing to learn and wants to build a career in SaaS software sales Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
