This strategic leader will be pivotal in driving large-scale programs that bridge engineering, product management, design, and business objectives. Your mission will be to ensure program delivery aligns with our overarching business outcomes, emphasizing customer adoption and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include streamlining operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and upholding quality standards within our engineering teams. This leadership role will involve optimizing engineering operations on a global scale, managing resources effectively, and fostering collaborative partnerships across diverse functional areas. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or product development, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. A proven history of managing large-scale programs within a SaaS or software development context is essential. Expertise in Agile methodologies, managing distributed teams, and scaling operations globally will set you apart. We seek an individual who can think strategically while executing tactically and influencing stakeholders effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is required, with a Master’s or MBA preferred.
