The role involves managing new customer implementation programs, working closely with sales to evaluate customer needs, and assembling cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a project pipeline, supporting the creation of Statements of Work, and monitoring project health to meet both customer and business objectives. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with senior leadership, driving adherence to best practices, and championing continuous improvement in service offerings. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years' of consulting and project management experience, and a minimum of 5 years' in a professional services or consulting practice management role. Experience in the healthcare insurance or related industry is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong communication, the ability to influence in a matrixed environment, and a proven track record of interacting with individuals at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives, are also required.
