This executive will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of program delivery with business outcomes, particularly in the areas of customer adoption and satisfaction. The role involves leading initiatives to streamline operational processes, improve efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards across engineering teams. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in supporting and optimizing engineering operations on a global scale, leading the optimization of resources, and fostering collaboration across diverse functional areas. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or product development, with at least 7 years' in a leadership position. A proven track record in leading large-scale programs within a SaaS or software development environment is essential, as is a strong understanding of engineering operations and their alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile methodologies, experience in managing distributed teams, and a background in scaling engineering operations within a global organization. Leadership qualities, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and influence stakeholders, are key. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is required, with a Master's or MBA being preferred.
