Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare staffing domain. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targeats. Maintain a strong sales pipeline through targeted prospecting and networking. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with healthcare clients. Understand client needs and provide customized staffing solutions. Collaborate closely with clients to address challenges and deliver high-quality services. Healthcare Staffing Expertise: Leverage extensive experience as a healthcare recruiter to comprehend client requirements. Stay abreast of industry trends, healthcare regulations, and talent demands. Provide informed guidance to clients on staffing solutions within the healthcare sector. Sales Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue objectives, and key performance indicators. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and achievements. Important Note: Be based in Atlanta, GA or Houston, Texas Demonstrate flexibility for a hybrid work model Qualifications: Proven experience in business development within the healthcare staffing industry. Background as a healthcare recruiter is mandatory. Demonstrated success in a proactive "hunter" role with a focus on client acquisition. Strong communication and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and staffing dynamics. Results-driven with the ability to excel in a target-driven environment. Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work arrangement.
