Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Requirements 13-week contract duration Nurse:Patient Ratios ICU: 1:1:2, PCU 1:3 Experience with IABP, Impella, prismaflex, ventilators, arctic sun Willing to take PCU assignments/ratios ICU/PCU RN preferred Responsible for titrating critical care drips and Vasopressors Charge nurse does not normally take assignments No nurse aids/patient care techs - duties fall upon RNs RNs to read and interpret tele/monitor tech data Minimum 2-12 hour shifts unit/department specific orientation Schedule Information Shifts & Scheduling: 7a-7p, 7p-7a manager to make schedule Blocks considered if meets unit needs Weekly rotation between day/night if applicable Weekend Requirements: Every other Holiday Requirements: Every other Unit Specific Information Unit: ICU/PCU combined ICU RN to take PCU patients frequently Floating Requirements: All areas as helping hands, To MS Tele for PCU patients, and MS for full patient assignment, some ER Holds/boarding Additional Details Radius Rule: 50 miles exclusion No PRN with any CommonSpirit facility RTO needed upfront with a maximum of 7 days per 13-week contract
