We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our clients team in Houston, Tx 77043. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Day time hours. Needs to be able to work from 5:30am until 7pm Monday through Friday. Pay: $20 - $22, depending on experience. Overview of Role: Inside Sales Professionals target specific customer segments and manage a portfolio of accounts within an assigned territory in order to drive revenue to the company. Responsibilities: - Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, inbound lead follow-up, and email correspondence - Goal of 50-60 outbound calls per shift - Utilize the Sales Process to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external customers - Maintain and expand an accurate database of prospects using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system tools - Participate in training sessions, meetings, skill building, and professional development classes - Coordinate with dispatch for status on orders to ensure the delivery commitment to clients is met Requirements: - Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability or organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Experience building successful customer relationships - Ability to adapt to a variety of situations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience considered - Bilingual English and Spanish candidates highly preferred
