Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital advertising and broader marketing strategies. This role involves managing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as overseeing marketing initiatives like corporate events to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Monitor and optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative adjustments to maximize ROI. Analyze campaign metrics and prepare detailed performance reports, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce engaging ad creatives and compelling copy tailored to various audiences. Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, and community engagement initiatives to strengthen the company’s brand presence. Stay updated with platform changes, advertising trends, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and effective. Manage the advertising and event marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation while achieving performance goals. Oversee tracking and reporting tools to ensure accurate attribution of ad performance and lead conversions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3 years of experience managing paid social media and YouTube advertising campaigns. Proven experience in planning and executing corporate events or similar marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills with expertise in platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and YouTube Studio. Creative thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing trends. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
