Job Description The Major Market Sales Executive plays a critical role in identifying and converting potential clients within the mid-market segment. This position is pivotal in driving business growth by connecting businesses with our transformative HR and payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, consultative sales professional who can effectively communicate the value of our technology to potential clients. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, combining strategic prospecting, relationship building, and solution-oriented selling. You will be responsible for identifying business challenges and demonstrating how our comprehensive suite of services can address these needs effectively. Duties and Responsibilities Prospect and identify potential clients in the mid-market space (50-500 employees) through targeted outreach and networking Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand potential clients' unique business challenges Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing our product solutions Maintain and nurture relationships with key referral sources Develop and manage accurate sales forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis Analyze potential clients' current practices to uncover additional sales opportunities Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales activity and revenue targets Facilitate smooth client onboarding, including comprehensive paperwork and initial payroll processing Collaborate closely with Client Services and Implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction Maintain detailed and timely records of sales activities in Salesforce CRM Support less experienced sales executives as needed Uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices Required Experience/Skills 3-10 years of proven success in consultative, B2B SaaS sales Experience selling into the mid-market space (50-500 employees) Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving and mathematical aptitude 4-year business degree Sales experience with average cycles of 3-4 weeks and deal sizes of $30-40K Nice-to-Haves Background in technology or business services sales Experience with CRM tools Previous success in consultative selling environments Education 4-year business degree required Pay & Benefits Summary Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives 401(k) with $.65 match for every dollar contributed up to 6% of eligible pay 10 paid holidays, including a personal "YOUR Holiday" Comprehensive medical plans, including a $0 cost option Paid leave for various family and caregiver scenarios Employee Stock Purchase Plan with 15% discount Sabbatical opportunities for tenured employees Inclusive Employee Assistance Program Call-to-Action Come join our team and help transform how businesses manage their most valuable asset - their people Sales | SaaS | B2B | Mid-Market | Technology | Account Executive
