In this leadership role, you will take charge of regional origination efforts, fostering and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of clients, including utilities, commercial, and industrial entities. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years of experience in energy origination, particularly within the renewable sector, focusing on energy storage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structuring, negotiating, and executing power marketing contracts. You will lead the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities while crafting innovative power sales structures to adapt to the ever-evolving market needs. Your proven track record in sales within specific US power markets, along with established relationships with industry buyers, will be essential. Additionally, you will provide valuable market intelligence, contribute to the company's strategic business plan, and collaborate with regulatory and policy experts to ensure alignment with the latest industry changes. A robust understanding of US power markets, including ISO, RTO, and bilateral energy markets, is critical.
