The organization is vertically integrated - farm to fork - seed to supplement. We have been retained to find a talented Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy to join their commercial leadership team This role will lead growth through an integrated marketing strategy aligned with commercial goals. Responsibilities include developing an omnichannel plan, defining key metrics, and ensuring initiatives drive business growth. The director will enhance brand visibility, focusing on digital marketing, trade relations, events, and business development, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes advancing market position in the healthcare practitioner segment and requires a data-driven, strategic approach to optimize return on investment. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, and practitioner channel growth. Collaborate with leadership to align marketing goals with overall business objectives. Work with the Analytics team to research the market, identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies for all product lines based on driving customer growth, sales, profitability, and increased basket size. Refine and communicate the company's unique value proposition across all marketing channels. Ensure brand consistency and messaging integrity in all external communications. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media. Oversee the company's website to ensure it reflects our brand and engages visitors effectively. Analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and drive ROI. Provide the sales team with market insights and competitive intelligence. Work closely with Sales Leadership to understand the needs of the sales team and develop the necessary messaging and materials, including sales collateral, presentations, and materials to equip them with the tools required for successful outcomes. Develop strategic plans for the effective execution of industry events and conferences to showcase our brand value proposition, product offerings, and customer programs, funneling new leads and account registration. Design and implement corporate communications strategy. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications. 15 years of experience in marketing roles with increasing responsibility. Previous marketing experience within the dietary supplement or adjacent industry, with a solid understanding of the healthcare practitioner channel. Comprehensive understanding of B2B and B2C marketing, staying current on industry trends, market dynamics and KPI’s with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across branding, digital marketing, content creation, event management and business development with a data-driven approach to optimizing performance through KPI’s and metrics. Proven leadership experience in strategic direction, budget management, and team leadership, with strong skills in motivating and inspiring teams. Adept at presenting to senior leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and fostering a positive company culture. Experience with MarTech and social platforms preferred. Master’s degree in business (MBA) strongly preferred.
