This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in nonprofit administration, organizational development, or community and economic development. You will have the responsibility of leading strategic initiatives, managing our consulting group, and ensuring our strategic plan aligns with community needs while focusing on impactful outcomes. You will also play a key role in program and partnership development, budgeting for innovative initiatives, and fostering meaningful relationships within the community development and finance ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of relevant experience, a proven leadership record, strong relationship management skills, and expertise in institutional fundraising. A deep commitment to social, racial, and economic justice is essential. Creative thinking, the ability to influence at all levels, and a strong understanding of the intersection of social justice and finance will set you apart. Experience in real estate development or financing, as well as familiarity with the CDFI or financial services sector, is highly favorable. This role requires a collaborative leadership style, team management capabilities, and a dedication to enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization.
