What are we looking for in a Human Resources Generalist? The HR Generalist serves as a primary resource to internal and external customers regarding various HR and employment related matters. Responsibilities include maintaining the HRIS and coordinating with the payroll department, providing support to supervisors, assisting with performance improvement and personnel issues, and serving as subject matter expert on policies and procedures that impact employees. The HR Generalist also manages the performance evaluation process, oversees HR metrics reporting, and substantially supports locum tenens and employee recruitment. This role requires extensive human resources experience, along with excellent time management and interpersonal communication skills. This position is on-site in our Yakima office working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
