Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,724 per week

Certification Details BLS ACLS PALS (preferred for ED roles, not necessarily required) Job Details A hospital in California is looking for an experienced ICU RN for a travel assignment. The right candidate will have 2 years of experience. Job Requirements ICU experience of 2 years Hold an active CA license Previous travel experience preferred Must have experience with ICP monitoring and ventrics OR experience with post-TPA patients Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Capable of working well with others Schedule Information 12 hr shifts, schedules made out about 6 weeks in advance Weekend Requirement: every other Floating to any of the tele or medsurg units Unit Specific Information Unit: ICU Ratios: 1 to 1-2, 90% of the time will be a 1 to 2 ratio Vents: Yes - Hamilton Common diagnosis/Types of patients: trauma, neuro-strokes, head injuries, ventriculostomies Additional Details Telemetry, L/D, Emergency and Critical Care RN's will take a proctored Dysrhythmia Test onsite, day one. This is a PASS/FAIL test Candidates must be open to asking questions or asking for help if needed Hospital has a very robust interventional radiology program
