Director of Sales Infrastructure Coatings

Seal for Life Industries, a division on Henkel Adhesives Technologies, is seeking a Director of Sales Infrastructure Coatings to support our Infrastructure Coatings Division. The IC group services the Performance, Polymer Flooring, Insulative, Marine, and Fire Protection Coatings Markets. The Director of Sales Infrastructure Coatings will lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth for our Infrastructure Coatings Group. Position Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategy and develops action plans for area of responsibility in line with strategic priorities Lead, manage, and mentor high performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals and objectives Drive priorities and ensure to achieve sales performance and KPIs, and implementing measures to improve sales productivity and effectiveness Actively manage implementation of pricing actions and commercial negotiations Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders Providing sales forecasts, reporting, and insights to senior management to support decision making processes Keeping abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field Minimum of 10 years of experience of proven leadership and results in professional sales, business development, and marketing management (B2B) Work experience in Midstream, Downstream, General Industry or Related. Coating industry experiences are plus Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth In depth understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and industry trends Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, sales analytics tools, and reporting Demonstrated success in delivering sales growth results through a combination of functional management and individual contribution Strong competency in negotiating, influencing skills, strategic planning, and effective execution of plans relative to internal and external growth Acting with a sense of urgency to drive results, proven ability to influence, build commitment and engage employees, colleagues and management Willing to travel extensively up on business need.
