Job Title: HVAC Equipment Sales Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Summary We seek an enthusiastic and results-driven HVAC Equipment Sales professional to join our Phoenix, AZ team. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell commercial HVAC equipment to meet and exceed revenue goals, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and associated system components. Establish strong, long-term relationships with contractors, engineers, facility managers, and key industry stakeholders. Use expert knowledge of HVAC systems to provide customized solutions that meet client needs and challenges, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution, timely delivery, and superior customer service. Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, identify new business opportunities, and expand the client base. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a related field is preferred. Proven track record in sales, ideally within the commercial mechanical or HVAC industry, focusing on equipment sales. Deep understanding of the Phoenix, AZ market with a stable and consistent work history in the region. Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and components (e.g., chillers, boilers, air handling units). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with software tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit is a plus.
